Tracey Holland is a San Francisco-based vocalist, musical artist, and performer, as well as an entrepreneur & writer. A powerful and dynamic vocalist and performer, she’s drawn comparisons to Stevie Nicks, Janis Joplin, Jenny Lewis, and Linda Ronstadt.
Tracey holds a degree in Vocal Performance + Contemporary Vocal Technique, having studied at Berklee College of Music and Musician’s Institute. As a professional vocalist, Tracey has many years under her belt as a touring artist and frontwoman, having released 5 albums between her band Vandella and her solo project The Old Grey Whistle Test. Heavily ensconced in the Bay Area music world, Tracey has contributed her vocals as a background singer for a number of other indie bands and artists (Stone Foxes, Matt Hopper + The Roman Candles, Suzanimal, Surf Bored, M. Lockwood Porter, Rubber Tramp). A longtime advocate for women within + outside of the music industry, Tracey is passionate about empowering other singers and amplifying marginalized voices. Tracey is the owner of Caveness Voice (founded in 2014) + accompanying blog voxwitch, where she offers vocal, creative, and music career coaching & workshops. Tracey is also the founder of 1,001 Stevies, a multi-city concert event bringing the musical community together to raise awareness and funds for reproductive justice since 2017.
